Cece was an X5 series that escaped Manticore when it was destroyed by Max Guevara.

She became one of many Transgenics to come to Seattle and Terminal City after the Ordinaries declared war on the transgenics.
Cece would acquire a job working at Jam Pony. She would be one of the people held within the building when Joshua and Mole brought Gem and Dalton in looking for refuge. She got shot and ended up dying from her wound when Max tried to move everyone out of the building safely.
