The Conclave is the organization behind the Breeding Cult. The Conclave manages Phalanx.
Objectives and Obstacles[edit | edit source]
The objective of the Conclave is to rule the world through superior breeding.
The obstacle that faces the Conclave is Sandeman. Sandeman left the Cult after performing a DNA test on his son C.J. Sandeman and learning that C.J. would not pass The committee's test. After having left the Cult, Sandeman created Manticore.
