Synopsis
Max finds herself in the belly of the beast as James Cameron's sci-fi series begins its second season. Picking up months after the shoot-out at Manticore, which left the leather-clad crimefighter near death, the opener explains how Max survived the fateful finale. It's not pretty. Rescued and rebuilt by her old Manticore captors, a now imprisoned Max is set to rejoin her former X-5s in Madame X's army. But with Logan close to exposing the group he thinks killed his cohort, Madame X is forced to cut a deal with her new recruit to silence Eyes Only and save Manticore from destruction.
