X5-657, or Jewel, was the identical twin sister of Tinga and assigned by Manticore to the Arizona Unit of the Phoenix Project along with Keema, Lane and Devon. Her mission was likely to assassinate the president of Russia, as she left a message on Donald Lydecker's cellphone after the destruction of Manticore indicating that she would go to Moscow. During training at Manticore, she had repeatedly been disciplined for breaking radio silence with her command during an operation.
