Synopsis

Max helps Sketchy one-up a two-faced casino owner who bilked him for a bundle of cash. Meanwhile, Logan Cale runs smack into his past while helping a client Alina, investigate her whistleblower father's mysterious death.

In a flashback Max remembers Zack retrieving a red birthday balloon while on training ops at Manticore, Wyoming. Lydecker observes her with the "contraband" and she forced to release it.

Logan suggests Max should pick a birthday, 'cos everyone needs a reason to celebrate".

Original Cindy and Sketchy vie for the attention of lickety-chick. Sketchy stacks it and loses the valuable package.
