The obstacle that faces the Conclave is [[Sandeman]]. Sandeman left the Cult after performing a DNA test on his son [[C.J.|C.J. Sandeman]] and learning that C.J. would not pass The Committee's test. After having left the Cult, Sandeman created [[Manticore]].
