Detective Matt Sung is Logan Cale's "inside man" at the local police station.

Sung is a moral and trusting person, and father to a young son. Much to Logan's benefit, he's one of the very few law enforcement types in post-Pulse Seattle not on the take.
He has also demonstrated his loyalty to "Logan Cale" operatives, pressuring Normal to remain silent about Max Guevara in one impromptu situation, and risking his life for Logan in another.
